They tried climbing up the walls of the hole, but that didn’t work, they just fell back down.
They fell so hard, they hurt their ankle and knee, now they were also in physical pain.
Then they tried digging another hole to try to crawl out the side, since they could stand anymore.
But the extra hole they were trying to dig, the walls kept falling down all around them.
They tried everything they could think of, but they couldn’t get out of the hole.
Then they decided to yelled for help, and people just walked by without looking or noticing.
Then it began to rain, and the hole started to fill up with water.
The person was desperate and losing hope, so they decided to yell even louder.
As a therapist was walking by, they heard the cries for help, and sat down next to the hole.
The person in the hole explained how they were stuck, they tried to get out, but they can’t and now they are losing hope, and are worried about drowning, the emotional pain is unbearable, when all of a sudden, an alarm went off.
The therapist got up, said sorry our session is over, I will be back next week to listen, and the therapist walked away with the person still stuck in the hole.
Then a doctor was walking by, and heard the cries for help.
The person in the hole explained how they tried to climb out and fell and hurt their ankle and knee, and they can barely stand up, and the physical pain is horrible.
The doctor wrote a prescription for the pain, handed the prescription to the person in the hole, and said I will be back next week to see how the medication is helping you, and the doctor walked away.
This was it, this person was going to be stuck in this hole forever, they didn’t know what to do anymore, and began to cry, when another person walking by heard the tears of the person in the hole and jumped into the hole with them.
The person who had been in this hole for what seemed like forever said, why did you jump in, now we are both going to be stuck in this hole, and there is no way out.
When they person who had just jumped into the hole took them by the hand and said don’t worry, I am here to help, you see I have been here before, I know the way out.
